All Destination Imagination teams advancing to the Lone Star Finals will register online at register.txdi.org. The advancing team manager will need to sign into their account to register. Online Registration will open 2/11/20.
Registration Prices - The price is $250.00 per team and $300.00 for Extreme Challenge, and $150.00 for Rising Star, if paid prior to March 17,2020. Teams will not be able to compete without a paid registration on file or a school purchase order submitted. See payment instructions below.
Printing an Invoice: The Team Manager will log into their account at register.txdi.org and open up their State Tournament Registration. Select Print Form button at the bottom of the teams’ State Tournament Registration. The form will print as an invoice. Please, allow 2-3 business days to process payment and plan accordingly. Please, see the important deadline section below for further details.
Several important items you need to know: Coming soon...
- _______is using the Rules of the Road in regard to weapons. Information is in the Rules of the Road on page 23 under section 15.
- _______does not allow the use of dry ice or helium in their buildings.
- No lights will be turned off during performances
- Safety is a priority. Police officers will be on site and will be checking for event passes to ensure the safety of our teams and supporters.

On Site Check In, Friday, April 3, 2020: (No students allowed). Times will be assigned to each team manager. The team manager will be emailed an assigned on site check in time one week prior to the tournament. Teams will not be allowed to compete if the on-site registration is not completed.
Please, see below for a list and link to the Required Paperwork. All paperwork will need to be completed prior to arrival. We will not be able to supply copies. Please, find those online prior to arriving.

Concessions will be sold all day Saturday, March 23rd at ________ School in the Commons area. Come and support the local ____club by purchasing a concession item during the tournament.

Paying with a School Credit Card: School districts will have the option to pay for the Team’s Registration using a school credit card. This will expedite the process. A school district will also have the option of paying for multiple teams. The link will become active on February 11, 2020 and will expire on March 17, 2020 at noon. Please, plan accordingly.

Invoices and receipts should be printed through the online Team Registration system. The Team Manager will be able to provide this to the school districts’ business office, as well as the receipt, once payment is applied. See Printing Invoice instructions above.

Lone Star Finals TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS AND PINS
The Online Pre-Sale will open on February 11, 2020 and will close at midnight on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. No late orders will be accepted. No exceptions.
You may purchase your Lone Star Finals t-shirts and Lone Star Finals' Pins at the on-site Dime Store, if you miss the Tuesday, March 17, 2020 deadline.
On site pins and t-shirts items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Shirts will be sold for $____ depending on the size. Pins are $___ each.
Credit cards and cash will be accepted on site. No personal checks allowed.
SPECTATORS' - ALL EVENT PASS
Pre-Ordering Spectator’s Passes as a Team
Spectators may pre-order and purchase passes as a team prior to March 17, 2020. The option to pre-order can be found under the pin option on the Team Manager’s Online Pre-Sale Pin and T-shirt Form. This can be accessed by the team manager only. Passes purchased as a team through the team manager will___________. Please, check with your team manager. Toddlers under age 3 are free and .01 when pre-ordering online.
There will only be one pre-sale for passes this year. Please order them through your team manager prior to March 17, 2020 or purchase them at the tournament. Prices on site will be slightly higher.
On Site Spectator Passes (more info coming soon)
On site wristbands will be sold at both locations and at ________(Team Mixer and On-site Team Check In) for $____ each (all event pass). Toddlers under age 3 are free and .01 when pre-ordering online. Safety is a priority. Therefore, everyone must wear wristbands at all times to identify you as a Texas Destination Imagination participant, volunteer, or spectator. Police officers and first responders will be on site for your safety and will be checking for event passes. No one will be allowed in without a pass. A refund will not be issued for lost or misplaced passes.
Those that volunteer for 8 hours on both days (16 hrs. total) will be issued an event pass and t-shirt. Full time volunteers must be approved prior to the tournament. All other volunteers will be required to purchase their wristband. Volunteers will receive a TX DI Volunteer pin for volunteering. Thank you for your support!

Lone Star Finals Tournament Registration Receipt:
Log into your account at register.txdi.org and print your registration, once payment has been applied. Please, allow 2 business days for a School District Purchase Order to be applied to your account. Your registration should be marked PAID. This is your receipt. Please print your receipt and bring it with you. This will be required for on-site registration and during the tournament. We will be stamping your printed copy of your Registration Receipt, once you have successfully completed on-site registration on Friday, March 22, 2019. See Required Paperwork Checklist.
Lone Star Finals Tournament Pre-Sale Order Receipt
Log into your account at register.txdi.org and print of your order form, once payment has been applied. Please, allow 2 business days for a School District Purchase Order to be applied to your order. Your paid order will be waiting for you at on-site check in. Your receipt should be brought to the On-Site Team Check In. The order form should read PAID in order to pick up your items.
Media and Medical Release Forms:
Check the links below to ensure you have the proper forms for Media/Medical Release. They may be the same that you used for Regional tournament. Two copies of each form are required for each team member -- one to turn in and one to keep with you at the tournament.
