Lone Star Finals Team Manager On-Site Check-In Times– Please click on the link to view times. Please check in during your assigned group time. The on-site check-in is intended for team managers only. The Team Manager On-Site Check-In is Friday, March 28, 2025, at the M.A.C. Our office will email the team manager the instructions soon.

 

Tournament Data Submission Example– Please click on the example to view. Please remember to submit your Tournament Data before March 17, 2025. You will find this information on destinationimagination.org, go to your dashboard to find Tournament Forms. The appraising team will begin to review forms after March 17, 2025. Be sure to monitor the messaging system in case they contact you.

Scheduling

**Important Announcement Regarding Special Requests for the LSF25 Team**

 

We are excited to welcome over 500 teams from across the state to the 2025 Lone Star Finals, Texas’s largest celebration of creativity and innovation! Please take note of the following guidelines regarding tournament scheduling requests:

 

**Top Priority – Team Members on Multiple Teams**

We will always honor these requests.

 

**Priority 2 – Religious and Medical Requests**

These requests will be prioritized accordingly.

 

**Priority 3 – Team Managers with Multiple Teams**

We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but please understand that it may not always be possible. If you manage multiple teams competing at the Lone Star Finals, we recommend enlisting the help of a co-manager, parent, or friend.

 

**Priority 4 – All Other Requests**

 

When making special requests that reference other teams, it is **IMPORTANT** to include the team numbers. For example, “We have a team member on two teams: 750-***** and 750-****.”

Scholarship/ Photos Needed/ Bluebonnet Award Form

 

Lone Star Finals High School Senior Scholarship– The scholarship is intended for seniors attending the 2025 State Tournament. Due by Feb. 28, 2025. You can also, visit the scholarship page for more details.

Travel 

 

Arlington Area Hotels– Please follow your school’s travel policies and research the hotels and area. We ask that you reserve the Appraiser Hotel– Double Tree by Hilton Arlington DFW South- 1507 N Watson Rd. for appraisers only. Do not book at the appraiser’s hotel.
