Lone Star Finals Spectator Admission- $25.00 each (4 years and older) The wristband is good for all LSF 2025 events.

An admission wristband is required by all spectators 4 years and older. You may purchase an admission wristband at the following locations. The wristband is not sold at the Awards Ceremony. Please make plans to purchase the admission wristband before Awards.

Team Managers’ Door Open-

The building will open for team managers and the team at 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning. Teams can bring their props into the building two hours before their performance time and must remove them immediately after.  Admission wristbands are required.

The Team Manager On-Site Check-In is Friday, March 28, 2025, at the M.A.C. Our office has email every team manager with the instructions and times. **Important Announcement Regarding Special Requests for the LSF25 Team**

 

We are excited to welcome over 500 teams from across the state to the 2025 Lone Star Finals, Texas’s largest celebration of creativity and innovation! Please take note of the following guidelines regarding tournament scheduling requests:

 

**Top Priority – Team Members on Multiple Teams**

We will always honor these requests.

 

**Priority 2 – Religious and Medical Requests**

These requests will be prioritized accordingly.

 

**Priority 3 – Team Managers with Multiple Teams**

We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but please understand that it may not always be possible. If you manage multiple teams competing at the Lone Star Finals, we recommend enlisting the help of a co-manager, parent, or friend.

 

**Priority 4 – All Other Requests**

 

When making special requests that reference other teams, it is **IMPORTANT** to include the team numbers. For example, “We have a team member on two teams: 750-***** and 750-****.”

Lone Star Finals High School Senior Scholarship– The scholarship is intended for seniors attending the 2025 State Tournament. Due by Feb. 28, 2025. You can also, visit the scholarship page for more details.

  • Ted E Kitchen  (clickable) is providing concessions at Maverick Stadium. No outside food or drink will be allowed except for one standard-sized water bottle per person. No food or drink is allowed on the field, only water.
  • An umbrella will be allowed only if it is raining.
  • An admission wristband is required and will need to be purchased before the awards ceremony. They will not be sold at the award ceremony. Please see the Lone Star Finals Tournament page for details and links.
  • A parking pass is required and will be found on the Lone Star Finals Tournament page.
  • Parking instructions can be found here.
  • There will be 10 turnstiles at the front entrance. One side will be dedicated to express lane- no clear bags.  The other lanes will have security searching clear bags. These lanes will move more slowly. Please plan accordingly. Safety is a priority.
  • Gates open at 7:00 p.m. The show starts at approximately 8:00 p.m.
  • The stadium is an outdoor stadium without a roof. Please plan accordingly.
  • The stadium has a clear bag policy (16X16X8). Security will search each clear bag for safety purposes (see lane info above).
  • The team-reserved section will be on the stadium turf. If a team member/ manager cannot sit on the field due to needing ADA assistance, please email chefner@chisddevils.com. to request alternative seating no later than March 25, 2025.  Spectators will sit in the stands. The stadium will have ADA seating in the stands for spectators.
  • Team Reserved Sections– Please click on the link to view the reserved turf seating for teams. You must be wearing a team wristband and regional t-shirt in order to sit in the reserved team section.
  • Teams sitting on the turf field will be allowed to bring a blanket, but it cannot be brought in a bag.
  • Lone Star Finals 2025 High School Senior Scholarship will be announced during awards. See the scholarship page to apply.
  • Places 1st through 6th in every challenge site, will advance to Global Finals. Texas Extreme challenge does not advance to Global Finals. Our winners will be directed to visit the Global Finals website for important information. This information can be found on our app as well. Our tournament is a qualifying tournament. Good luck to our teams!
  • Medals- your team must be present to receive their medal if you win. We do not mail medals. Please plan accordingly.
