2018 Affiliate Tournament
All Destination Imagination teams advancing to the Affiliate Tournament will register online at register.txdi.org. The advancing team manager will need to sign into their account to register.
Online Registration will open 2/16/2018
Registration Prices - The Early Bird price is $225.00 per team and $250.00 for Extreme Challenge, if paid prior to March 9, 2018.
$275.00 per team and $300.00 per team for Extreme Challenge after March 9, 2018.
Printing an Invoice: The Team Manager will log into their account at register.txdi.org and open up their State Tournament Registration. Select Print Form button at the bottom of the teams’ State Tournament Registration. The form will print as an invoice. Please, allow 2-3 business days to process payment and plan accordingly. Please, see the Important Deadline section below for further details.
Several important items you need to know:
- Mansfield ISD does not allow weapons. Replicas of weapons are not allowed
- Mansfield ISD does not allow the use of dry ice in their buildings
- No lights will be turned off during performances
- Safety is a priority. Police officers will be on site and will be checking for event passes to ensure the safety of our teams and supporters

Award Ceremony Venue, Saturday, April 7th- Ellis Davis Field House, 9191 S. Polk Street, Dallas, TX 75232. Times will be posted closer to the tournament. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. The ceremony will begin at 8:00 p.m.

Affiliate Tournament Concessions
Concessions will be sold all day Saturday, April 7th at Mansfield High School in the Commons area. Come and support the local art club by purchasing a concession item during the tournament.

IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOUR TEAM IS REPRESENTING YOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT, CHECK WITH YOUR SCHOOL TO SEE WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT. OUR OFFICE WILL NOT REIMBURSE PAYMENTS.

Paying with a School Credit Card: School districts will have the option to pay for the Team’s Registration using a school credit card. This will expedite the process. A school district will also have the option of paying for multiple teams. The link will become active on February 16, 2018 and will expire on March 9, 2018. Please, plan accordingly. Invoices and receipts should be printed through the online Team Registration system. The Team Manager will be able to provide this to the school districts’ business office, as well as the receipt, once payment is applied.

Team Registration payment must be received no later than Monday, March 29, 2018, in order to compete. Please, allow two business days for payment to be applied if you are not paying with a credit card. Please plan accordingly.
See pin and t-shirt deadlines for payment. The payment deadline is much earlier than the Team Registration deadline.
State Tournament T-Shirts and Pins
The Online Pre-Sale will open on February 16, 2018 and will close at midnight on Friday, March 9, 2018. No late orders will be accepted. No exceptions.
You may purchase your State t-shirts and State Pins at the on-site Dime Store, if you miss the Friday, March 9, 2018 deadline.
On site pins and t-shirts items are sold on a first come, first serve bases. Shirts will be sold for $18-20 depending on the size. Pins are $4.00 each.
Credit cards and cash will be accepted on site. No personal checks allowed.
Spectators' Wristbands - All Event Pass
Pre-Ordering Spectator’s Wristband as a Team
Spectators may pre-order and purchase passes as a team prior to March 9, 2018. The option to pre-order can be found under the pin option on the Team Manager’s Online Pre-Sale Pin and T-shirt Form. This can be accessed by the team manager only. Please, check with your team manager. Toddlers under age 3 are free and .01 when pre-ordering online.
Pre-Ordering as a Spectator
A second opportunity will be provided for spectators to purchase wristbands, prior to the tournament will be given sometime after March 10, 2018. Prices will be slightly higher after March 9, 2018. Toddlers under age 3 are free and .01 when pre-ordering online.
A deadline date, information, and a link will be provided and posted at a later date.

On Site Spectator Wristbands
On site wristbands will be sold at both locations and at Vernon Newsom Stadium (Team Mixer and On-site Team Check In) for $15.00 each (all event pass). Toddlers under age 3 are free and .01 when pre-ordering online.
Safety is a priority. Therefore, wristbands must be worn by everyone at all times to identify you as a Texas Destination Imagination participant or spectator. Police officers and first responders will be on site for your safety and will be checking for event wristbands. No one will be allowed in without a wristband. A refund will not be issued for lost or misplaced wristbands.
Team and Team Managers Wristbands
Certified team members and their team managers (2 max) advancing to the State Tournament will receive a wristband free of charge at the Regional Tournament upon certifying your team as a winner. All other supporters, chaperones, spectators will be asked to purchase their wristbands. Wristbands must be worn by everyone at all locations during the Texas Destination Imagination events to ensure safety.

State Tournament Registration Receipt:
Log into your account at www.registertxdi.org and print your registration, once payment has been applied. Please, allow 2 business days for a School District Purchase Order to be applied to your account. Your registration should be marked PAID. This is your receipt.
State Tournament Pre-Sale Order Receipt
Log into your account at www.registertxdi.org and print of your order form, once payment has been applied. Please, allow 2 business days for a School District Purchase Order to be applied to your order. Your paid order will be waiting for you at on-site check in. Your receipt should be brought to the On Site Team Check In. The order form should read PAID in order to pick up your items.
Media and Medical Release Forms:
Check the links below to ensure you have the proper forms for Media/Medical Release. They may be the same that you used for Regional tournament.
Two copies of each form are required for each team member -- one to turn in and one to keep with you at the tournament.
